Oil Rotary Vane Pumps Two-Stage
Leybold TRIVAC & NEO D oil sealed double stage vane pumps are well known and being used in all areas of vacuum engineering and are equally suited for both industrial production and research applications. The TRIVAC & NEO D pumps, used to generate a rough and medium vacuum or as backing pumps in pump combinations with Roots vacuum pumps or high vacuum pumps, have the ability of pumping down from the atmosphere.

Leybold NEO D oil sealed rotary vane pumps excel in industrial and analytical application with their low noise levels, smooth and clean operation. When processes rely on continuous vacuum, reliable, high-performance vacuum technology is essential. NEO D, with less noise and fewer emissions contributes to a better work environment with higher levels of productivity in demanding applications
NEO D 25
NEO D 25 excels also in vapor pumping performance: thanks to its integrated exhaust demister, which is at pump temperature. Thus, there is no condensation in the pump and vapors cross the pump in gas phase. External oil demisters have the disadvantage of being at ambient temperature what favors condensation. Condensed vapors will return then into the pump which may deteriorate their performance and lubrication.
